As Crew Leader/Driver you facilitate a smooth move through-out the entire process by ensuring the truck and equipment are ready each day.  You represent the company in interacting with the customers to meet their needs and help keep the moving crew organized and on track.

As crew lead you show your team the proper moving techniques to avoid preventable damage. By learning the contract terms, the crew leader is able answer questions and follow company policy on the job site. Organization, a friendly demeanor, and leadership are great qualities for this roll. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen are requirements. Must be 21 years or older.
